China Media Forum is a communication channel of the academia and media workers. It includes a series of acadenmic symposium, publications, and related websites. The function of the forum is to give direct influence to the directors and practitioners working on media, hence promote the progress of the whole society. Meanwhile, it is also an important approach for the theoreticians to follow the development of the media and the present condition of the practise in this area, which is a new style of the linkup of the theory and practice.
The symposium of the media ethics and social development and the symposium of the mass media and social aging, have been successfully held by the China Media Forum, which received active resound.
